Mangaluru: Mincing no words, Congress Chief Whip Ivan D' Souza lashed out at BJP State President BS Yeddyurappa and said that the leader had no moral right to present the chargesheet against the Congress government which has been successfully governing the state for the last four years.

Addressing a press meet at his office here on Thursday, May 11 he said, "Yeddyurappa is facing trial in 15 corruption cases in the court and presently is out on bail. Several MLAs too were jailed on various allegation of corruptionsduring his regime.

He has no moral right to question the Congress government that has provided good governance through various developmental programmes over last four years. BJP had not given stable administration and suffered lack of stability."

"I assume that Yeddyurappa doesn't know the meaning of charge sheet. Charge sheet is made after the first information report is filed by the police and submitted to court against the accused," he added.

He also said that he had filed case in Malleswaram police station against Yeddyurappa and Ananth Kumar for hatching the plan to destabilize the Congress government. Congress is making state hunger free but BJP is only wanting a Congress-free state. he alleged that BJP was involved in inclusive politics by polarization.
