BJP strategies will not work in Karnataka, says CM Siddaramaiah

MYSURU: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who has been leading the party from the front in the by-elections to Nanjangud and Gundlupet constituencies, has quietly set an agenda and roadmap to bring back the Congress to power in the 2018 Assembly elections.

Taking it up as a challenge in his four-decade-long political career, Siddaramaiah says he is confident that development works, transparency in governance and philosopher Basavashwara's ideals of inclusion and social justice being followed by his government will put paid to the BJP's dream of wresting power in 2018.
