Lower court asks DySP Ganapathy's brother to file objections against CID B-report by April 10

Madikeri: The local court during the proceedings on April 3, has asked DySP Ganapathy's brother Machaiah to file objections against B-report filed by CID on or before April 10.

It may be recalled that Ganapathi's son Nehal had given his consent to the "B-Report" filed by the CID on September 29. But Ganapathi's father Kushalappa, mother Ponnamma, brother Machaiah and sister Sabitha had moved the court seeking that they should be considered as complainants in the DySP Ganapathi suicide case after Nehal's withdrawal from the case. Nehal had withdrawn citing his education and future getting affected, in case he gets embroiled in the case further.
