CM Siddaramaiah : Govt. to provide free laptops to degree students from next academic year

Chamarajanagar: The government will provide free laptops to degree students from coming academic year, said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah here on Sunday.

After inaugurating Super speciality JSS Hospital and the launch of silver jubilee celebrations of JSS College, the CM said, "JSS institution has created revolution in the field of education and health in rural area.

 I had urged the Kannada organisations in foreign countries to open a Kannada school so that foreign students can learn Kannada. Now the JSS institute has come forward to open a Kannada school in Dubai which is commendable."
