Mumbai: Wishes poured in for the iconic cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar on the occasion of his 45th birthday on Tuesday, but he was not the only cricketer who celebrated his birthday. Damien Fleming, the former Australian cricketer, also celebrated his 48thbirthday on the same day.

While the entire world wished the ‘Master Blaster’, Cricket Australia’s (CA) official Twitter handle took a different angle to it. The video is that of Fleming taking a wicket of Tendulkar during an Australia-India ODI match back in 2000. The tweet put up by cricket.com.au, read, “Some @bowlologist gold from the man himself - happy birthday, Damien Fleming!” Twitterati wasted no time in responding to the tweet, as many of the fans also stressed on the former Indian cricketer’s birthday.

Sachin, who is currently Mumbai Indians’ (MI) team icon in the Indian Premier League (IPL), has played 200 Test matches where he has amassed 15,921 runs. In the 463 ODIs he has played, the Mumbaikar has a total of 18,426 to his name. Sachin, who has just played  one Twenty20 international, retired from international cricket after a Test match against West Indies at his home ground in Wankhede Stadium here back in 2013.
