T20I : Virat Kohli, Spinners Star as India Crush Sri Lanka by Seven Wickets

India have won only T20I played today and thereby completed the series by whitewashing Sri lankans in all 3 formats of the game. Captain kohli led the team from the front. Sri Lanka posted a competitive total of 170/7 in the one-off T20I on Wednesday in Colombo. India struck early by removing Upul Tharanga (5), but Dilshan Munaweera (53) took the Indian bowlers to the cleaners as he scored his maiden T20I half-century.

India, however, picked up wickets at regular intervals to choke the flow of runs. The 36-run unbeaten partnership between Ashan Priyanjan and Isuru Udaya towards the end of the innings helped the visitors cross the 150-run mark.
