The ICC Technical Committee recommends removal of players who are missing out on the field

The ICC's Technical Committee recommends that players get serious offensive grounds on grounds and play in the field of play

The technical committee led by Anil Kumble in London recommended several new rules. It has also recommended that all T-20s be enforced by DRS rules in international cricket.
 Furthermore, the technical committee recommended to improve the many rules of cricket. It also includes players empowering the umpires to get out of the field if they are violent on the field.
 
Additionally, several rules have been recommended for the size of the bat. If the ICC executive committee approves it, the new rules will come into effect from 1 October.
