Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday once again chastised Congress party over Doklam issue during a public rally in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.PM Modi said, "Country is aware how the Doklam issue was dealt with, but the Congress even questioned that."

Someone born in a family which has ruled for decades doesn't believe his own Army and agencies?, but meets China's envoy and asks about Doklam," he said. PM Modi said, "Instead of asking Indian diplomats and foreign ministry, you (Congress) go and ask Chinese envoy. Sorry to say this shows lack of basic understanding." He asked, "Does Congress have a right to undermine sacrifices of soldiers?" In a veiled attack against P Chidambaram, he said, on of their leader is talking about freedom of Kashmir. PM Modi was addressing a public rally in Himachal Pradesh's Kangra ahead of assembly elections in November. In Himachal Pradesh, PM Modi will address two rallies in Fatehpur constituency of Kangra district and Daula Kaun in Sirmaur district on November 2. He will again visit the state on November 4 and 5 for a series of poll meetings to highlight the BJP's development agenda and the corruption issue against the Congress.
