Oils remain steady in muted trade

Mumbai : Edible and non-edibles prices ruled steady in absence of any worthwhile buying activity at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today.

In the edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 890 per 10 kg and Rs 595 per 10 kg, respectively.

Moving to the non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseeds oil ended unaltered at Rs 4,715 per 100 kg, Rs 973 per 10 kg and Rs 750 per 10 kg, respectively.
