Black pepper and copra edible eases in listless trade

Mumbai : Black pepper and copra edible mumbai eased further in an otherwise listless spices market here today on lower demand from stockists and retailers amid poor export offtake.

Meanwhile, other spices held stable in the absence of any large-scale buying activities.
Black pepper slid by Rs 10/10 per kg to Rs 410/500 from Monday's close at Rs 420/510.Copra edible mumbai slipped by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 13,700 as against Rs 13,800 yesterday.

Black pepper (per kg) 410/500 (410/500), ginger unbleached (per kg) 135 (135), copra office Alappuzha (per quintal) 12,000 (12,000), copra office Kozhikode (per quintal) 11,800 (11,800), copra Rajapur Mumbai (per quintal) 16,500 (16,500), copra edible Mumbai (per quintal) 13,700 (13,800).
