The Centre will issue the final No Fly List rules on Friday in which the IDs required to book flight tickets would be mentioned.As per the new rules the following IDs can be submitted while booking a flight ticket- Aadhaar, driving licence, passport or Pan number. There is still no decision on whether the Voter's ID will be included in this list.

The Civil Aviation Ministry has proposed a national no-fly list of the passengers, who behave unruly during journey. Making the announcement, Civil Aviation Secretary RN Choubey said, "We propose to bring out a national no fly list. It is better to do that by a central mechanism under DGCA than leave it to airlines."

 According to Union Minister Jayant Sinha, the government had prepared the final list and will issue them on Friday. A Civil Aviation Requirement will be issued whereby some identity card number will have to be provided. People giving Aadhaar numbers will be able to get digital boarding cards, he also said.
