DMK-led Opposition to meet President over delay in floor test tomorrow

DMK working President MK Stalin on Wednesday said that opposition parties delegation would meet thr President on Thursday regarding the issue of ordering a floor test in the wake of Edappadi K Palaniswami-led government losing the majority in Tamil Nadu. Stalin alleged that Governor Ch. Vidyasagar Rao is indulging in affairs of the state politics.

''Governor is indulging in politics, we have been saying from the beginning Union govt is behind everything happening in the state,'' MK Stalin told reporters.

''If action is not taken against Tamil Nadu government even after meeting the president, will consider legal action,'' he warned. Not only MPs from his party but members also from the Congress, the CPI, the CPI (M) and the IUML will meet the President and take up the matter with him, he added.
