Nokia 6, the much-awaited smartphone that was released in India in June will go on sale for the first time in the country today at 12 PM. The smartphone was already listed for pre-booking and is exclusive to the online retailer Amazon India.

The pre-booking of Nokia 6 debuted on July 14 and was open until August 21. Earlier this month, we reported that the Nokia 6 received 1 million registrations on Amazon and the number would have increased further until Monday. Though new consumers can also sign in to Amazon to get the smartphone, only the already registered consumers are eligible to take part in today's sale. With over 1 million registrations already done, we expect the Nokia 6 to go out of stock in just minutes in today's sale.

The Nokia 6 sale will debut at 12 PM today and Amazon India is offering a slew of enticing launch day offers for the buyers. The Amazon Prime members will get a discount of Rs. 1,000 on paying for the Nokia 6 via Amazon Pay.

Eventually, the Prime members can get the Nokia 6 at Rs. 13,999. Those who sign in to the Kindle app can get up to 80% discount on eBooks. In addition to these, there are offers such as Rs. 2,500 discount on MakeMyTrip (Rs. 1,800 off on hotels and Rs. 700 off on flights) and additional 45GB of Vodafone 4G data free for five months (9GB of 4G data free on recharging for 1GB for five months) as in the other Nokia smartphones.

In today's sale, only three color variants such as Matte Black, Silver and Tempered Blue will be available and the Arte Black variant might be launched later as a special edition model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
