Madras HC stays look out notice against Karti Chidambaram

CHENNAI: The Madras High Court today gave interim stay for the lookout notice issued against Karti Chidambaram, sources said.

The Court has stayed the notice till September 4th. LOCs are issued under section 10B of the Passport Act at the behest of different agencies to monitor the arrival and departure of foreigners and Indians or to restrict their movement.
