Aadhaar plans to assemble land with documents of land owners. All land records from 1950 to date must be assembled with owners of Aadhaar.

All states have been instructed to digitize all land records from 1950 till date. Aadhaar does not align with any digitized land record, which means action against those under the Benami Transaction (Prohibition) Amendment Act.

On June 15, the chief secretary and additional secretaries of all state-union territories, the lieutenant governor of Delhi, has directed the Commission for Policy Commission. In addition to digitizing all the asset, the Aadhaar has been instructed to ensure that the pairing is mandatory.All land records, mutation, sale and purchase of documents ... All the real estate assets from 1950 till date have been given to the Aadhaar facility for fourteen quarters of agricultural land, home and other documents.

Action will be taken under the Benami Business (Prohibition) Amendment Act against anyone who does not associate Aadhaar. It has also been suggested to provide advice from the state government.
