Tollywood filmmaker Koratala Siva has just delivered a major hit Bharat Ane Nenu starring Mahesh Babu and is on cloud nine. This is his fourth consecutive hit after Mirchi, Srimanthudu and Janatha Garage all winning at the box office. His four films have had a message attached. However, his next will be a pure entertainer, reports Deccan Chronicle.

Quoting the filmmaker, the report said, “My next film is going to be a full commercial entertainer.” However, he hasn’t decided on the theme of his next film, he added. The director will not plunge head-on into the next project. He is looking forward to a two-month break after a rather hectic year that has passed by. Bharat Ane Nenu has actor Mahesh Babu playing the chief minister of a state. However, the film has been packaged as a commercial entertainer. No wonder, it worked at the box office. This is director Siva’s second outing with Mahesh after Srimanthudu. Bharath Ane Nenu is said to have become the fastest money spinner of Telugu cinema, crossing the Rs 125 crore mark. No one is happier than its lead actor Mahesh Babu.

Speaking at the success party on April 28, Mahesh said, “We knew we had a terrific film on our hands as Siva garu (director Koratala Siva) is a great storyteller. But one never knows which way the wind blows. It’s always the audience which gives the final verdict, and it’s truly overwhelming and a big thank you to all who have unanimously loved our film. It’s a very proud moment for me.” Mahesh also added that he was game for a sequel to Bharath Ane Nenu. “To be honest, we had content to do a five-hour film. But since we had to make it one film, we edited the content down to less than three hours. But I would love to do a sequel, if Siva Sir agrees,” said the star.
