Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar's dosti in trouble

S Shankar's upcoming sci-fi film '2.0' starring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles, has been postponed again. It was previously scheduled to release last year on Diwali but later pushed to December 2017.

However, due to some pending post-production work, the film was postponed to January 25. It got delayed further and April 14, 2018, was locked as its release date.The latest update with regard to its release is that it has been delayed by 2-3 months more, shared film trade expert Ramesh Bala on his Twitter account.

Bala tweeted, "@superstarrajini – @akshaykumar's #2Point0 release will not happen in April... The release is most likely to be postponed by 2 to 3 months.."Talking about work, Rajinikanth has another movie coming right back, 'Kaala', written and directed by Pa. Rajinth and the movie is produced by Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush.

While Akshay Kumar has three films lined up for release in 2018 with R Balki’s'Padman'being the first one. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte and is gearing up to release on February 9.
