A few months ago, Salman Khan fired his high-profile manager Reshma Shetty due to her differences with his brother Sohail Khan.Thus, a report as per a leading daily, she has been hired by Abhishek Bachchan to give his career a much needed boost. This strategic move was thought of by his wife Aishwarya, as she along with the Bachchan parents are concerned about Abhishek's stagnant career.

Off-late, he hasn't signed any lucrative projects and is choosing to focus on the best possible projects. Following his revamped outlook, his first new project will be Sanjay Leela Bhansali's biopic on poet-lyricist, Sahir Ludhianvi. Reshma has been brought in to manage Abhishek's forthcoming career moves and to position him as a prominent entertainment brand.
