PUC results to be announced on May 10-11,SSLC to be delayed for a week

Bengaluru: Evaluation of answer sheets of both second year PU and SSLC examinations has been completed. The departments concerned are now busy with the task of making arrangements to publish the results.

As per current information, PU result will come out on May 10 or 11. Within a week from then, SSLC result will be announced.

Officials are making preparations to bring out PU result. They have also implemented a rule as per which no private websites have been empowered to publish the result other than the authorized website of the government.

The work of uploading information like subject-wise marks, total marks, grade, etc to the website is in full swing. Decision about the date of publication of result will be taken on the basis of the availability of the primary and secondary education minster. The date would be finalized on Tuesday, a senior officials in the department stated.

The date of the SSLC result, which will come out in about week since PU result is out, will be announced after the PU result is announced. Preparations to publish the result are being made.

The results are being brought out with a gap as announcement of results on same day might give rise to confusion in the minds of the students and parents. Moreover, media also will face problems. Therefore, SSLC result is being announced separately, an official of the secondary education examination board stated.
