SSLC and PUC results likely to be announced on May 10

Bengaluru: The results of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) exam and the pre-university (PU) exam are likely to be announced by the second week of May.

Lakhs of students had appeared for these exams during March and the boards said they are on schedule with the evaluation of papers.The SSLC and PU boards are targeting May 10 as the tentative date for releasing the results.

"The evaluations are on as per schedule and we are hoping to announce the results by May 10. This is a tentative date. The confirmation will come in a few day,'' Karnataka Secondary Education and Examination (KSEEB) director Yashoda Bopanna.

Meanwhile, PU Board director C Shikha said the students would be informed two days before the results are scheduled to be announced. "The PU Board is aiming for May 10 to announce the results but the exact date is yet to be finalized,'' Shikha said.
