Union Cabinet Reshuffle: 3 state MPs likely to be inducted

Bengaluru: The Union Council of Ministers, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go for a reshuffle on Sunday, September 3 paving way for entry of new faces.

Ministers of State Rajiv Pratap Rudy (Skill Development), Sanjeev Balyan (Agriculture), Union Ministers Uma Bharti, Kalraj Mishra (all Cabinet), Bandaru Dattatreya and Faggan Singh Kulaste (all MoS)have already put in their resignations. Resignations have also been sought from few other ministers after assessment of their work.

Among the probable’s who are likely to be inducted into the Union cabinet are Shobha Karandlaje, Prahlad Joshi and Suresh Angadi, said informed sources. With Karnataka state assembly elections due next year the chance of these three ministers being inducted into the ministry are quite high said the sources.

The new faces likely to join the union government also include Bhupendra Yadav, Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, both Rajya Sabha members, Anurag Thakur, Satyapal Singh, Prahlad Patel, Mahesh Girri and Harish Dwivedi (all members of Lok Sabha).
