Bengaluru city witnessed the worst ever traffic across the city

Just two days of heavy rain brought the state capital to a standstill. On Saturday, Bengaluru city witnessed the worst ever traffic chaos following heavy downpour, uprooted trees and water logging across the city. Traffic speed was low as just 10 kilo meters per hour.

According to the commuters, in most part of the city, traffic jam was very common. "I took four hours to reach Vijayanagar from Bommanahalli. Water logging was reported from most part of the city throwing vehicular traffic out of gear. Traffic was diverted in various places like Koramangala, KG Nagar, Shanthinagar, Shivananda circle and other areas following flood-like situation. A Mercedes car had sunk in flood water in Shivanand circle due to the water logging.
